Dominique Leone's Fantastical "Duyen"
When Stereogum reviewed Dominique Leone's debut, self-titled album the other day and posted some mp3s, I was seriously blown away by the song "Duyen." The songwriting is top-notch, as is the brightly-colored production style. Overall, the trippy McCartney meets new Matmos (direct mp3 link) vibe makes for a fantastical and contemporary listening experience.
The full album will be released on May 20th, via new label Strømland Records. Definitely looking forward to this one!
