Don't Let the Name Harlan T. Bobo Fool You...
Harlan T. Bobo's name may sound like a joke, but his music is far from funny.
Floating somewhere in between the more serious side of Devendra Banhart and Mutations-era Beck, "I'm Your Man" from Harlan's 2007 sophomore album, of the same name, is an uninhibited song with charismatically convincing lyrics, in which he asserts to be "your one and only man." Better get used to your new last name, Mrs. Bobo.
