Mellowy Goodness: Human Highway - "The Sound"
Islands frontman Nick Thorburn teams up with Canadian singer-songwriter Jim Guthrie and what do we get? Nothing but Crosby, Stills and Nash mellowy goodness!
Human Highway, named after an 80's sci-fi comedy, write stripped-down acoustic songs—–not something one might expect from an often ornamental-pop band like Islands. Nevertheless, the change of pace suits us just fine! Especially on a end of summer stroll.
